Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 18, 2020 No. 1486 determines the regulation on the procedure for disposing of ships turned into the ownership of the Russian Federation as a result of illegal extraction of aquatic biological resources. After the ships become the property of the state, their subsequent sale or disposal is provided for, depending on the results of the auction. ■
