In the Regulation on certification of crew members of sea-going vessels, approved by order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated March 15, 2012 No. 62, it is proposed to make changes related to the those prepared in connection with the adoption of the International Code for ships operating in Polar waters, and the International Safety Code for ships using gases or other types of fuel with a low flash point.
