New Administrative Regulations, approved by order of Rosmorrechflot on July 27, 2020 No. 73, it will enter into force from the date of cancellation of the previously existing Administrative Regulations of the Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport for the provision of state services for issuing construction permits and permits for commissioning certain objects of maritime and inland water transport, approved by order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia dated April 30, 2013 No. 147. ■
